Main rules of procedure of our weight-loss diet

Our weight loss program is based strictly on the South Beach diet plan, as we already mentioned. This means that we have decided to follow this plan, some key rules and this is very effective (and we tend to our meals more than previously celebrate diet).


Here are the basic rules with which you lose some weight:



1 Phase lasts for only 2 weeks and is most difficult, has not can the longest list of what you eat it. At this stage, people on average about 9-10 of lbs (4 kg) lose, I lost twice as much.
