Free Online Weight Loss Tips

This post is a summary of what I learned during my research for free online weight loss tips. Some tips are not totally free. I'm just a sales pitch. Some free things are just time consuming. There is no free lunch in the world. However, some of the suggestions found free online weight loss are useful in some way. I hope that the following tips may be 7 of them.


1) drink plenty of water frequently. The water is good for weight loss due to two merits. One is that drinking water can fill the stomach so you eat other foods. The other is that drinking water can help lose weight of water in the body by speeding up the metabolism. Keep your full glass on your desk all the time. Drink water from time to time. 8 glasses a day would be a standard against which you can measure what you drink.


2) eat more fruits and vegetables that you can: fruit and vegetables helps with the metabolism of the body too. And you can also fill the stomach, leaving little room for other foods.


Exercise: exercise 3) cannot be left out of the weight loss plans. Implementation would be a good exercise for you to make daily or 3 times a week. Or you can do some sports like basketball, for example. Doing the laundry, and other housekeeping may belong to exercise, too. Only "rock your body" at any time is possible.


4 Brush you teeth) at the beginning of the evening: you will not feel like eating after brushing your teeth. So brush will prevent teeth early in the evening we eat much of the night, which certainly is not good for your sleep and weight.

7) Eat 5-6 Small meals per day: having a number of mini meals, you have many more chances of losing weight. This is because your body will be able to burn calories much faster this way than when you wait until you are completely empty and have a full meal.
