Diet recipe: wokken with chicken and vegetables

List of ingredients:


2 boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into small pieces3 courgettes - about 1, 3-1, 5 lbs, in thin stripes1 large carrot, cut cut in thin stripes1 onion, chopped1 TBS of olive oil1 TB of soy sauce1 TB of Sambal Ulek sauce1 tsp sesame oil oilsalt2 of cups of brown rice, cooked

Heat the wok before you oil in-. You can also a large frying pan, if you do not have a wok. Add 30 sec type olive oil, heat, about add chicken and stir-fry, stir for about 4 min. Add soy sauce and Sambal and stir fry for 1 min. Add Onnion and carrot and stir fry for approx. 3 min. Add Add 1 min. Cook you Zucchini and stir fry 2 minutes Finally, add sesame oil. Serve with rice.

Dark side of The… Diet plan - how to not abandon it (part 2)

I have already some words to the most important possible obstacles of weight-loss plan and something over booked alcohol in particular. Now, I'll try to say something to the sweetsare more about other temptations.


Oh, that's hard for me - see alcohol is neutral, I like a glass of wine for dinner, but I can manage, but Sweets… Chocolate… Ice milk coffee stop stop stop - this is supposed to MOTIVATIONAL area!


First of all have, that I be decided, tough - it is important to choose not to try to say, but "I WILL". (This is one of the marketing trick - they say "you can imagine, you try to do this with a competitive product and now imagine with our one…") ("How to")


How I knew that it will be difficult, I have some dark chocolate (over 70% of pure cocoa) and some sweetener. When I started the diet plan, wanted to improve my health I aspartame go for care. We use it to some sweet desserts, hot chocolate and tea or coffee making. It changes not the taste of food in a way that does artificial sweeteners. So except for the price of love I it!:)


But this is only a part of the sweet war. The other part is that this diet plan - South Beach - really helps need sweets. After first two weeks without fruit food a bit... was marzipan (real small) and large, that was it - I felt only that I can no longer eat of him - it was too sweet. Gone were the days of half of a box in a single meal. And this is true winning - after 9 weeks of this diet I sometimes still something sweet to eat but amounts are much smaller, the 3 months before, just before it even. And "Craving for sweet" is less. At last!


But it comes again everything - you have to decide that you will do it. "See not" try","not"maybe, not us". I would like to purchase from Kagi, some sports commercials quote here but... the hell you do it easily! :) And if you see true Weight Loss… gee, the sweet!:)

Diet recipe: oatmeal with Applepie taste

1 Cup oats (remind me not to Instatn oats use because they have higher GI value) 2 1/2 cup low fat quota increase Apple cut in cubes6 dry cut apricots in the almond flakes1/2 Stripeshandful TL Cinnamonpinch salt, sweetener

Setting can be bring all ingridients in a pot to boil and simmer 10-15 minutes.




Diet recipe: Zucchini and Chicken Casserole

List of ingredients:


3 Zucchini - about 1, 5 kg 2 boneless skinless chicken breast, minced1 large bulb chopped2 garlic cloves of garlic, chopped4, 5 oz grated low-fat Cheesesalt, black pepper1 TBS of soy sauce1 TSP Sambal Ulek sauce1 Cup tomatoes Pastefresh herbs: Basil, thyme, oregano, chopped1 tablespoons olive oil

Cut the zucchini into 1 cm slices wash and Peal. Spray saucepan with nonstick spray.  Layer Zucchini, season with salt, pepper and half of the chopped herbs. Heat olive oil in a frying pan. Tomato paste minced chicken breast, sauce, stir for 3 minutes Add soy sauce and Sambal Ulek stir for 1 min. Add onion and garlic, stir a cup of water for 3 minutes as half, add and the rest of herbs or merge you it all together. You sprinkle put this mix of Zucchini with cheese. In 390F for about 25-30 min of baking.
