How to convince children to healthy food?

I heard it many times - the healthiest stuff is not the most delicious. Unfortunately, in many cases, it is true. Take cod liver oil (full of fatty and health) - she hates the most people I know. But not me. In fact love I it. That's right. But how is it possible?


My best guess is that I thank my parents for their methods. And share these methods for all of you.


As a young boy, I was interested in not very much, all food. But I was completely crazy to not eat fish, but in the Aquarium, just look at photos and such things.

So, as I so big fish fan was (and didn't know that whales are not only Biiiig fish) said only me, my parents that cod liver oil-a "whale juice". Crazy as it may sound, it worked.


BUT - it's a catch--because my father was a seaman he was given this little trick (be too small for a recipe) for it - not it drink as it is (it is terribly then), but:


take a small piece of bread (grain or a granary bread of course), put some drops fish oil of to you, add a little salt and food.


Believe me, it is very different from raw fish oil. Truth be told - is not good, but also - with bread to eat raw butter


These two tips has me such as fish oil to this day. And I have to convince my wife (she hated in fish oil).


Thanks to the "fish"stuff I like still kidney and liver ("it is a whale meat"). There you go.
