2 boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into small pieces3 courgettes - about 1, 3-1, 5 lbs, in thin stripes1 large carrot, cut cut in thin stripes1 onion, chopped1 TBS of olive oil1 TB of soy sauce1 TB of Sambal Ulek sauce1 tsp sesame oil oilsalt2 of cups of brown rice, cooked
