1 Cup oats (remind me not to Instatn oats use because they have higher GI value) 2 1/2 cup low fat quota increase Apple cut in cubes6 dry cut apricots in the almond flakes1/2 Stripeshandful TL Cinnamonpinch salt, sweetener
Setting can be bring all ingridients in a pot to boil and simmer 10-15 minutes.
